It’s so important to feel at ease with your therapist and/or psychiatrist. In fact, it’s one of the most important factors in determining whether any particular therapy will work!
For this reason, I offer 15 minute zoom calls for people interested in, or curious about, making an appointment with me. This will give you a chance to get a feel for my therapeutic style and vibe, and allow me to consider whether I have the expertise you need, before you commit to a formal assessment.
If either of us thinks we’re not a great fit, for any reason (even if it’s just “it felt wrong”), that’ll be the end of that. And if we both feel like we could be a good fit, we’ll schedule the first appointment!
